Step outside and try LivGenerations’ al fresco dining option THE VERANDA GRILLE. This is a seasonal, limited dining venue that is our take on the “farm to table” movement hitting the hospitality industry. Our menu is designed such that each course comes directly from our suppliers to our patio grill to our table. The menu is a Prix Fixe Menu consisting of an appetizer, salad, main entrée and dessert which the chef selects and prepares directly from our Big Green Egg right on the patio amongst our residents and guests. Wonder what dessert item we could provide from our grill? Well, one choice which is a favorite of our residents is a Fresh Grilled Fruit plate. Fresh slices of pineapple, pear, kiwi and mango are slightly grilled drizzled with a warm caramel-fig-balsamic glaze. We also feature select wines, beers and cocktails that complement our veranda menu selections. The Veranda Grille has become a favorite dining venue as it allows us to eat outside which of course is a major draw for us living in Arizona.
